• The clothing must not be worn, washed, or damaged and must be in its original condition with tags attached.
• Certain items, such as undergarments and personalized/custom clothing, are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and customization reasons.

2. Exchange Policy

• If you need a different size or color, you may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a defect or an error on our part.

3. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong or defective item.
